• Students or recent graduates from an accredited college or university who are pursuing a degree in business, human resources, technology enablement, HR systems, data analytics, process improvement, or a related field. The internship provides hands-on experience supporting HR process discovery, simplification, standardization, and readiness for AI and automation across Corporate Functions HR and People Care.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, human resources, information systems, data analytics, operations, or a related field.
