Software Management Analyst I

About this opportunity

You will support day-to-day software asset management activities, helping employees receive approved software and ensuring license and inventory records stay current. You will process requests, provision and reclaim licenses, provide customer support, and contribute to routine reporting and process improvements. Fulfill software requests: Review and process ServiceNow tickets, confirm required approvals, and complete requests within established service levels.
